Shipping policy

Items will be shipped via Evri. (However alternative carriers may be used if logistical difficulties arise.)

Items will be delivered to courier drop-off point within 7 working days of an order being placed.

Enhance U Ltd T/A Pokevend is not responsible for the time taken for packages to arrive beyond the delivery of packages to the drop-off point, nor any damages caused to packages during transit. Instead this responsibility lies with the courier.

Whilst under ordinary circumstances customers should not find themselves in a position of incurring any supplementary costs dude to delayed/lost/misrouted orders, if this is the case Enhance U Ltd T/A Pokevend takes responsibilities for these extra charges should they arise.
